Our favorite and most frequented wedding venue in Windward Oahu. Boasting of exquisite mountain and ocean views. We love dressing this venue up or simply complementing its natural beauty with understated floral designs. Our team has experience helping over 500 couples celebrate their nuptuals at the ranch.
Breathtaking views and manicured lawns and epic sunsets make this venue our second most popular on Oahu for our floral designs. Three phases to choose from, and beautiful ceremony as close to the beach as you can get (without the sand!) The wind can pick-up, but overall, this is a dry venue when compared to windward Oahu.
The Leahi Room at the Queen Kapiolani Hotel is one of our top choices for Waikiki weddings. This venue makes a wonderful event space for welcome parties or rehearsal dinners. A beautiful deck overlooks the Iconic Diamondhead Crater. A large deck and airconditioned ballroom offer excellent options for hosting an event to remember with exquisite Old-Hawaii floral designs in Iconic Waikiki.
Celebrate your love at a stunning private estate on Oahu's fabled North Shore. Take advantage of the grand deck with awning or use the expansive lawn for a dreamy sail tent! Excellent getting ready spaces, perfect for the whole wedding party. You will love your toes-in-the-sand sunset photo shoot as newlyweds! So many floral design possibilities for your wedding florist.
Stretch your wedding and floral design budget with this spacious venue offering stunning ceremony location with views of Kaneohe Bay and a large airconditioned pavilion with kitchen, table and chair, and even arch rentals, all included in the price- a perfect head start for your Hawaii wedding florist to take advantage of. Plenty of room to host the cocktail hour inside, or opt to utilize the upper terrace for lounge and cocktail-hour bar.
The Royal Hawaiian Golf Course provides couples with an intimate escape with stunning mountain views. This venue is perfect for the tranquil couple or the rowdy crowd, with its secluded location. The perfect venue for your stuffing wedding flower bouquets to shine!
Aloha! I am so happy that you have landed on my wedding floral design website, Petals in Paradise! My name is Katie and I have been curating beautiful wedding flowers for over ten years on Oahu. Raised in beautiful Hawaii Kai, on East Oahu,I attended Kaise High School, where I graduated as a valedictorian and decorated athlete. After high school, I followed my passion for science and graduated with B.S. in Biology and an M.S. in Microbiology. After college I settled down in beautiful Waiahole Valley on Windward Oahu to raise my keiki (Ava, 11 and Lincon, 9). In Waiahole I was able to manage my families plant nursery and build my knowledge of tropical fruiting and ornamental plants. It wasn't long before I was surrounded by beautiful flowers and got inspired to dabble in the art of floristry. I loved the challenge of learning new skills, but it wasn't the flowers or the challenge that made me fall in love with being a wedding florist- it was the wonderful wedding industry professionals who made doing a very stressful job, so enjoyable! I truly think Oahu has some of the best professionals in the industry, and it is such a pleasure to work with them every week to make our clients dream weddings, come true! I have curated over 1,300 unique wedding collections, in Hawaii! I feel honored to have been a small part of so many wonderful couple's "special" days. While I offer wedding "packages," Petals in Paradise is not a "cookie-cutter" florist and no two bouquets are ever sent out the exact same. My goal as a florist and as a designer is to provide each couple with a collection of arrangements and wedding flower bouquets that fits both the theme of their wedding and their individual personality and love story (as well as budget). When I'm not dedicating my time to my business, you can find me hanging out with my kids, pets, and getting some fresh air at the beach or on a hike. I am an absolute foodie, and I will always advocate for more food and bar budget, over flower budget for your special day! I know, I am a terrible saleswoman- it's good thing you are hiring me as a florist, because I am good at that!
Wedding flowers can be PRICY! Even as a florist of over ten years, I still get sticker shock when shopping for fresh florals. I got my start as a florist by helping couples that had very low to no flower budget. This forced me to learn how to be creative with the blooms, find ways to utilize ceremony flowers in the reception space, and maximize the designs to best fit a tight budget. To continue my support of all couples, regardless of their budgets, I have created a blog to help educate, those interested in DIY florals and offer general tips & tricks for couples going through the process of ordering wedding and event flowers. I hope it leaves you with inspiration and courage to create beautiful floral designs for your own personal events and confidence in your ordering.
